You will be embraced by the Q’ero, earth keepers and wisdom keepers from the high Andes, who are powerful and filled with laughter and love. You will spend time with Don Basillio, Dona Sabina and renowned curandera Vilma Pinedo. You will be initiated into the Andean traditions and visit some off the beaten path sites and mountains. You will get to experience and receive authentic healing & ceremonial work.
They will guide us back into balance with all of creation. In the Andean indigenous wisdom tradition, it is said we are in the age of the “Tariapaycha”, a time of emerging consciousness that allows us to fully heal ourselves and share that gift with others.
On the journeys, you will receive energetic rites ~ the Karpays, initiations in the form of transmissions to transform your human energy field into that of homo luminous – luminous beings. We will also spend a day in the quaint town of Ollantaytambo with coblestone roads and magical channels and rivers. We will visit it’s magnificent temple site of Ollantaytambo.

THE INCREDIBLE MUNAY SONQO RETREAT CENTER
Lodging is at Munay Sonco Retreat Center located at the base of a stunning waterfall and the powerful mountains of Pitisuri and Sawasiray. It is situated in the middle of the Sacred Valley, near the small village of Arin, just one hour and fifteen minutes from Cusco.
This incredible center is an oasis, set in a natural landscape of mountains, trees, beautiful rivers and waterfalls. The valley embraces you to receive its liquid, light energy.
The Sacred Valley of Peru is a majestic spot in the Andes mountains. It is home to the twelve mountains known as “Apus”, or “luminous beings”, who are said to intercede on behalf of people.
AN OASIS FOR THE MIND, BODY & SOUL
Munay Sonqo is a very special retreat center. It is a magical well maintained and luxurious. Those who come to the center have the opportunity to commune directly with these mountains, as well as with the local curanderos and pacos (healers), who engage in ritual and ceremony.
You will have time to explore the beautiful nature around the center, the gardens and rivers. You may wish to add private healing sessions and massage to your retreat experience. There will be time to lay in a hammock, take a nap and receive the incredible beauty of nature, among the butterflies and birds. There is a spa you can enjoy with, hot tubs, saunas and eucalyptus steam rooms.
The center offers many creature comforts, including hot showers, warm duvets, and clean, exquisite sacred spaces, and spa all woven into the heart of nature. Each guest room is a reflection of the Peruvian culture of the Sacred Valley. Thanks to our staff, the entire center embodies the kindness, love and wholeness that permeates this magical place.
NOURISHING ORGANIC MEALS
Three fresh, farm-to-table vegetarian meals, with fish and chicken options, are served daily. The bounty is sourced from local on site, organic, permaculture gardens. Fresh herbal teas, juices and delicious soups, stews, and salads are prepared by the local chef.
We will have a few dinners out at incredible restaurants, and you will be able to choose from a variety of options. Past participants regularly comment on the amazing and nourishing food on this retreat. Special meal requests can be accommodated.

ASHERA SERFATY
Ashera’s mission is to serve you on your journey of awakening to your authentic self, unique path and remembering your own luminosity. Holding a space of compassion, she facilitates journey experiences to align you with your own vitality, wisdom and highest destiny.
For the past 20 years she has been weaving Shamanic Energy Medicine, Intuitive Coaching, Alchemy, Sound Healing and holistic approaches to transformation She has been serving clients on their life journeys and awakening to their highest potentials and intuition. She has led over a dozen international retreats as well as annual pilgrimages to Peru for the last 15 years. She loves to share the incredible gifts of Peru sacred sites, mountains, portals and the wisdom of mother earth and the indigenous traditions with others. She is devoted to guiding you in awakening to your gifts and stepping into your self mastery.
She has been blessed to train and study with a variety of renowned teachers, shamans and healing modalities, including, The Four Winds Society, Advanced Theta Healing, Toltec Shamanic Healing, Natural Success Coaching, Sound Healing, Yoga and Ayurveda. She also lived in the Andes mountains of Peru and was initiated into and apprenticed directly with Andean Shamans, Medicine Women and Earth Wisdom. She is a full Mesa carrier in the Q’ero traditions of the Andes.
She loves to share the incredible gifts of sacred sites, mountains, portals and the wisdom medicine of mother earth with others. She is passionate about assisting you on your own path of empowerment, finding your original freedom, authenticity and joy. .
IRENE INGALLS
Irene Ingalls is, an Alchemical and Sound Healing Practitioner, and the Seattle Sound Temple’s founder and owner and long time community activist and organizer. Irene began her training in sound healing in 2004, studying with Master Alchemical sound shaman and teacher, Tom Kenyon, as well as Master teacher and Sound Healer, Jonathan Goldman. She is a fully trained Alchemical Healing and Reiki practitioner, her work deeply steeped in the wisdom teachings of the ancient Egyptian Mystery Schools.
Irene is an experienced facilitator of classes, training and retreats. She has led a dozen retreat pilgrimages to Egypt and has co- facilitated a number of retreats to Peru with Ashera. Irene has had a private sound healing and light language practice for 15 years, working with clients one on one and in groups. Her vision in the development of Seattle Sound Temple, is to create a space where the arts, both healing and experimental, can thrive and be shared with others through a multitude of offerings.
DEVIN DEGREIF
As a healer I combine science and spirit to guide you into the full embodiment of your true nature. Within you lives a life force that has an immense strength and fortitude to heal on all levels. Amongst the light of life there are challenges, shadows and darkness. These experiences we encounter can be too much for us at times. When these experiences impact us beyond our capacity to manage, the body absorbs the blow, making it tough to be in the body. Somatic healing allows organs and tissues to be attended to at a deeper level. Somatic healing also integrates insights and clarity gained in the spiritual planes into the physical plane aka embodiment.
I specialize in treating and helping people heal somatized patterns leading to increased embodiment. As a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy I specialize in chronic pain and trauma rehabilitation as well as orthopedic and pelvic health conditions. Using osteopathic manual therapy skills consisting of visceral manipulation, neural manipulation, vascular mobilization, craniosacral therapy, somatoemotional release and energy medicine I help you reconnect to the healing self within you. RENOWNED MASTER ANDEAN CURANDERA~VILMA PINEDO
Vilma Pinedo comes from a long line of healers from the Andes mountains of Peru. Vilma’s grandparents are renowned shamans, and she was called to this path before she was born, when lightning struck her mother while pregnant with Vilma. She grew up surrounded by master healers and began her path as a curandera at the age of 12, reading coca leaves and using her intuition to tell people how to heal themselves, often with amazing results. Vilma learned English (a rarity in the Andes) and was one of the people asked to accompany the Dalai Lama to Machu Picchu.
Vilma is a gifted healer and uses her gift as a tool for peace, healing and unity worldwide. She has been co-facilitating classes to share the medicine of the Andes with others, including Answering Pachamama’s Call and online women’s series and circle with Ashera for the last 2 and a half years.
Q’ERO PAMPA MESAYOK~ DON BASILLIO
The Q’ero are the direct descendants of the Inca, who, 500 years ago, fled to the safety of the sacred mountains to escape the Spanish Conquistadors. They fled and made their villages in the clouds at 15,000 ft. Fortunately, the Spanish failed to find them there.
The Inca master shamans were considered the “wisdom keepers.” Their oral tradition preserved the ancient healing methods, rituals, and prophecies for the future of human beings and the planet. This knowledge has remained uncontaminated for thousands of years.These healers embody the true essence of love, as they share and transmit their healing and message.
The Q’ero understood that there would be a time when the world needed to remember the ancient wisdom. At this time, they would come down from their lofty hiding place to spread their knowledge. The time is now. With their infinite graciousness, they are offering this knowledge to all of us with their most open hearts. We will mostly work with Don Basillio and Dona Sabina though we may work with other Q’ero as well.

STEWART MINERAL SPRINGS RETREAT CENTER
Stewart springs is nestled in the forest and mountains fed by pristine healing mineral waters. This natural rustic setting is a place where you can hear the sound of the flowing river while you sleep and enjoy awakening to the sound of birds. Nourishing flowing healing clear waters are a gift to bathe and purify in. These unique springs have a red and white spring meaning cold and hot, which are the feminine and masculine rays of water only known to be found in Glastonbury. Tall trees, trails and spacious natural areas to explore and commune with the elements make this spot idea for our nature getaway. It is a spiritual spot of of deep healing.
The retreat center is an oasis of natural beauty set in a natural landscape of mountains, trees, beautiful waters.
A RUSTIC SETTING TO COMMUNE WITH NATURE
Each room has it’s own bathroom and warm shower. We will have daily outings to Mt. Shasta, Castle Lake, Fairy Falls, Mcloud Falls. We will spend our evenings and morning at the center. You will have time to explore the nature and trails around the center, and of course the magical pristine river.

Weaving shamanic energy medicine, alchemy and integrating holistic approaches to healing, transformation, coaching and mentorship for the past 20 years, I have been serving clients on their life journeys and awakening to their highest potentials. I have led worldwide retreats as well as annual pilgrimages to Peru for the last 15 years. I am devoted to guiding you in awakening to your gifts and learning how to step into self mastery. I have trained in a variety of modalities of healing and coaching. Some include; The Healing Light Body School and Alberto Villoldo, Toltec Shamanic Healing, Advanced Theta Healing, Sound Healing, Yoga and Ayurveda. I worked directly with indigenous healers and Pachamama and was initiated into the lineage of earth and wisdom keepers. I am a full Mesa carrier in the Q’ero traditions of the Andes.

Somatic healing allows organs and tissues to be attended to at a deeper level. Somatic healing also integrates insights and clarity gained in the spiritual planes into the physical plane aka embodiment.
I specialize in treating and helping people heal somatized patterns leading to increased embodiment. As a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy I specialize in chronic pain and trauma rehabilitation as well as orthopedic and pelvic health conditions. Using osteopathic manual therapy skills consisting of visceral manipulation, neural manipulation, vascular mobilization, craniosacral therapy, somatoemotional release and energy medicine I help you reconnect to the healing self within you.
